We do require our customers to purchase a complete pair(frame and lens) with the new prescription at one of our retail locations before you can purchase online. A trained optician will take all the necessary measurements in-store and correctly upload your prescription into the system. Once that’s done, the online store will recommend frames that work best for you, calculating by your frame size, material needs, and lens style.
